I'd seen this video before, but then it didn't say where it was filmed or who was driving the plane.
Apparently it was Afghanistan and it is a crazy Dutchman flying the F-16. Though he was possibly committing a court martial offence given the the fact that at times the aircraft was just barely off the ground.
Fantastic stuff. Chubbies all round as he flies so low and so fast that he raises dust off of the ground.
